IM-compact M imaging module<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The Opto IM-compact M is characterized by its 90\u00b0 angled all-aluminium housing, which is only 40 mm wide.<\/p>\n

They can be equipped with different optics and camera technology and thus function as:<\/p>\n

  • USB reflected light microscopes for opaque samples<\/li>\n
  • Quality assurance vision sensors with coaxial and ring light illumination<\/li>\n
  • Inverted digital microscopes with minimal height Thanks to the angled design<\/li>\n

    This imaging module from the MVM series incorporates a coaxial incident light illuminator and a diffuse ring light, and the fast switching of the illumination variants enables additional contrast options.<\/p>\n

    The aim of the IM development was to reduce the necessary components such as camera, tube, lens, coaxial and ring light as well as the corresponding LED controller from 7 to 1. The cable connections were also kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n

      The new IM-compact M is a digital Machine Vision Microscope (MVM) – camera, optics and illumination, all in one sensor.<\/p>\n

      These modules offer the user excellent user-friendliness. They can be easily and quickly integrated into many measurement setups, analysis devices or life science systems.<\/p>\n

        IM-compact M as a documentation tool and discussion platform for quality assurance in production.<\/p>\n

        The robust aluminum housing is ideally suited for use in harsh environments.<\/p>\n

        Thanks to its compact design, the IM-compact M digital microscope can be set up quickly at a wide variety of workstations.<\/p>\n

        IM-compact M as a miniaturized microscope replacement<\/strong><\/h1>\n

        The difference in size becomes clear when compared to a standard microscope.<\/p>\n

        When displayed on a monitor, i.e. a camera image, there is no difference in quality.<\/p>\n

        A Machine Vision Microscope (MVM) may only have a fixed magnification, but the fixed optical parameters guarantee a much higher reproduction of image quality and repeatability of your measurements.<\/p>\n

        In addition, two imaging modules are available for the budget of a large standard microscope – these in turn are optimized for their respective inspection task.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
