You have the choice of measuring stages with an effective measuring range of 200x150mm to 300x200mm and can measure workpieces up to a maximum height of 200mm. There is a large selection of telecentric measuring lenses to choose from; the 3x lens with a working distance of 75mm is often used as the standard magnification (total magnification 30x). In addition to an LED transmitted light (white or green switchable) and LED ring light, the MM800N also has coaxial incident light illumination. This illuminates areas of your sample that are otherwise inaccessible to the LED ring light.
