The Nikon MM400N\/T 2-axis measuring microscope is designed for dimensional inspection of your components in the metrology lab and in production.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The measuring stage has an effective measuring area of \u200b\u200b100 x 100 mm, and you can measure workpieces up to a maximum height of 150 mm (when using rotating table minus 25mm) .<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The total magnification is 30x with a working distance of 75 mm.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to LED transmitted light (switchable between white and green) and an LED ring light, the MM400N also features coaxial incident light illumination.<\/span><\/span> This illuminates areas of your sample that would otherwise be inaccessible to the LED ring light.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

An XY digital display shows your measurement results.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
