Description
The Nikon MM400N measuring microscope is designed for the dimensional inspection of your components in the measuring room and in production. You have the choice of measuring stages with an effective measuring range of 100x100mm or 150x100mm and can measure workpieces up to a maximum height of 150mm. There is a large selection of telecentric measuring lenses to choose from; the 3x lens with a working distance of 75mm is often used as the standard magnification (total magnification 30x). In addition to an LED transmitted light (white or green switchable) and LED ring light, the MM400N also has coaxial incident light illumination. This illuminates areas of your sample that are otherwise inaccessible to the LED ring light. To display your measurement results, you can choose between an XY digital display or an intuitive geometry measurement calculator.
