Description
With the Nikon high-end stereomicroscope SMZ1270 (zoom 12.7:1), Nikon is renewing its product portfolio with an optically outstanding stereomicroscope with a high zoom factor.
The Nikon high-end stereo microscope SMZ1270 is plane-apochromatic corrected, which stands for the highest optical quality and thus ensures flat, true color and sharp images, without color fringes, with optimal resolution. With an optical field of view of approx. 35mm (10x eyepieces, 1x objective), you have a large overview, but can zoom in to the detail.
The Nikon high-end stereomicroscope SMZ1270 is the improved successor to the well-known Nikon stereomicroscope SMZ1000 and is positioned in the medium magnification range of the Nikon stereomicroscope product portfolio, but is so ideal that it can withstand almost any application.
OCC stands for oblique coherent contrast , a form of oblique lighting method developed by Nikon. Compared to conventional diascopic illumination that illuminates directly from below, OCC illumination applies coherent light to samples in a diagonal direction, adding contrast to colorless and transparent sample structures
